SAILBOAT EXCURSIONS

Daily excursions to Asinara National Park aboard a beautiful sailboat. Sailboat Sardinia.

PLAN:

Departure (Marina di Stintino) at 9:30; return at about 17:30.


We sail along the eastern side of the island, the one protected by the Mistral wind, where there are the most beautiful bays.

We moore several times to snorkel in the most suggestive spots, where only we authorized operators can go, mooring in the dedicated buoys.


We usually make a ground stop in one of the three landing places of the island: Fornelli, Cala Reale and Cala D'Oliva.


In Fornelli you can reach the site of the maximum security prison with a short walk (unfortunately it cannot be visited inside at the moment) and admire the wild horses that you almost always encounter along the way.

Near Cala Reale it is possible to visit the CRAMA (marine animal recovery centre).

In Cala d'Oliva you can visit Diramazione Centrale, the only site of the old prison that can currently be visited, and take a walk among the houses of the old village.


With a little luck in all the locations you can meet the white donkeys, symbol of the Park.


After the stop on land, we serve lunch on board with typical local products and then we sail back towards Stintino, usually mooring for the last swims at the natural pool of Fornelli or between La Pelosa and Isola Piana.


The maximum number of passengers is 12, so we can consider it an exclusive excursion.


It is advisable book well in advance, especially in the months of July and August.


NB:

Start and end time of excursion as well as the

itinerary they can be changed according to the weather conditions and the decisions of the commander.

During spring, for example, when it is pleasant to walk, we could make more stops on land. In the middle of summer, when the heat grips the island, we can spend the whole day at sea, finding refreshment in the sea breeze, diving into the wonderful surrounding waters.


You can book one or more seats for a group excursion or you can reserve the boat exclusively.

We usually offer our passengers:

-slices of rustic bread with fresh tomato, marinated anchovies and bottarga;

- pasta with fish or shrimp sauce;

-Sweet

All accompanied by an excellent frozen Vermentino di Sardinia, water and coffee.
